You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of your successful challenge purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have placed any trade on your account. If you have used the account or failed the challenge, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@proptrader1.com within the 14-day period and request a refund.
Upon receiving your refund request, our team will verify whether it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
